L&B Limited Company was founded in 2009 by Lucas and Brooke Brown. The couple met while attending Texas A&M University, and what began as two ambitious newlyweds with big dreams has grown into a thriving custom home building company. Lucas leads construction with precision and integrity, while Brooke brings each home to life through thoughtful, inspired design. Together, they specialize in luxury homes, creating spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful.

As parents of two young daughters and one beloved dog, they understand the importance of building homes that truly serve real life. Their faith is the foundation of everything they do, guiding how they treat their clients, manage projects, and lead their business—with honesty, excellence, and heart. When they’re not building homes, you’ll find them outdoors—fishing, hunting, hiking, skiing, and actively serving their community.
